ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTA FOR THE BENEFIT OF STUDENTS, TEACHERS AND PARENTS

MISSION:

(1) PROVIDE FUNDS TO 501(C)(3) CHARITIES BY SELLING THRIFT ITEMS. (2) PROVIDE ONE-TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS IN NEED WHO ARE REFERRED BY SOCIAL SERVICES AGENCIES AND OTHER TRUSTED SOURCES.

MISSION:

THE MISSION IS TO GIVE A VOICE TO ACTIVE AND RETIRED STATE EMPLOYEE CONCERNS. THE MISSION IS CARRIED OUT BY: PROMOTING AND REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OF STATE EMPLOYEES, SERVING AS AN INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SOURCE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP, PROVIDING A FORUM FOR THE DISCUSSION OF IDEAS AND PROBLEMS, FACILITATING COMMUNICATION AMONG STATE EMPLOYEES, AND SERVING AS ADVISORS TO ADMINISTRATORS OF AGENCIES IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA WHEN APPROPRIATE.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are followers of the religious philosophy that originated on the Indian subcontinent and is marked by an outlook that tends to view all forms and theories as aspects of one eternal being and truth; a belief in ahimsa, karma, dharma, samsara and moksha; and the practice of the way of works, the way of knowledge or the way of devotion as the means of release from the round of rebirths.

VA-IASIU IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO: PROMOTING A COORDINATED EFFORT WITHIN THE INDUSTRY TO COMBAT INSURANCE FRAUD; PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR INSURANCE INVESTIGATORS; DEVELOPING GREATER AWARENESS OF THE INSURANCE FRAUD PROBLEM; ENCOURAGING HIGH PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF CONDUCT AMONG INSURANCE INVESTIGATORS; AND SUPPORTING LEGISLATION THAT ACTS AS A DETERRENT TO THE CRIME OF INSURANCE FRAUD

The goal of this organization is to operate community-based residential facilities which allow adult and juvenile offenders with satisfactory behavior to transition back to the community during the last months of their sentences or which provide congregate living arrangements and supportive services for ex-offenders to help them successfully reenter the community and become self-sufficient. These facilities are known as work release centers, prerelease centers, rehabilitation centers and group homes for juvenile offenders or status offenders.
