THE CORE VALUES OF KENSTON FOREST ARE INTEGRITY FIRST, SERVICE BEFORE SELF, AND EXCELLENCE IN ALL WE DO.

TO SECURED DONATIONS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF KENSTON FOREST SCHOOL FROM INDIVIDUALS, ESTATES, AND LIFE INSURANCE POLICY PROCEEDS AND TO MANAGE SUCH DONATIONS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF KENSTON FOREST SCHOOL (WHICH IS OWNED BY THE LUNENBURG-NOTTOWAY EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION.)

MISSION:

THE FOUNDATIONS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, INCLUDING SCHOLARSHIPS, TO FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES PROFESSIONALS; DEVELOP PUBLIC RELATIONS PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE AND RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF VIRGINIA'S FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES; TO ASSIST OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS; AND PROVIDE GRANTS TO OTHER FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS.

PROVIDES GOLFING VENUES FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS. MEMBERS COULD ALSO USE POOL FACILITIES AS A SOCIAL GATHERING PLACE.

VIRGINIA FIRE CHIEF'S ASSOCIATION IS THE ADVOCATE FOR LEADERSHIP OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGANIZATIONS, PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE AND INTEGRATED STATEWIDE PUBLIC SAFTY EFFORTS, ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CITIZENS OF VIRGINIA BY REDUCING THE EFFECTS OF FIRE, MEDICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL EMERGENCIES. THESE OFFICIALS MEET TO IMPROVE THE PROFESSION AND SHARE INFORMATION.
