SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION IS SPECIFICALLY ORGANIZED TO OWN AND OPERATE A SENIOR ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE FACILITY LOCATED AT 1906 MARTHA ANN, BUILDINGS A, B AND C, SNYDER, TEXAS 79549 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF TEXAS TAX CODE SECTION 11.18(D)(19), AS AMENDED AND SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF THE UNITED STATES, AS AMENDED.

MISSION:

THE WESTERN TEXAS COLLEGE FOUNDATION SERVES WESTERN TEXAS COLLEGE BY SOLICITING, RECEIVING, AND ADMINISTERING GIFTS AND GRANTS FOR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS, EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES, AND CAMPUS FACILITY IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.

SERVANT'S HEART MINISTRIES IS ENGAGED IN PROVIDING SAFE DRINKING WATER TO COMMUNITIES AND MEETING NEEDS OF CHILDREN BY PROVIDING FOOD AND CLOTHING TO THOSE IN NEED.
