THE PRIMARY MEANS BY WHICH THE ORGANIZATION ACCOMPLISHES ITS PURPOSE ARE: 1) MANAGING AND SPONSORING A SERIES OF CITY-WIDE AMATEUR GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS AND 2) MANAGING FACILITIES AND YOUTH OUTREACH PROGRAMS OF THE FIRST TEE OF SAN ANTONIO (THE FIRST TEE) LOCATED AT THE POLO FIELD DRIVING RANGE AT BRACKENRIDGE PARK. THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF YOUTH AND ADULTS IN THE GREATER SAN ANTONIO COMMUNITY BY SUPPORTING AND FOSTERING RECREATIONAL, COMPETITIVE, AND CHARITABLE GOLF OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL.

INTRODUCE SCHOOL-AGE YOUTH TO THE SHOOTING SPORTS AND TO FACILITATE THEIR CONTINUED INVOLVEMENT BY PROVIDING, PROMOTING, AND PERPETUATING OPPORTUNITIES TO SAFELY AND ENJOYABLY PARTICIPATE AND COMPETE IN A HIGH-QUALITY, TEAM-BASED SPORT LED BY TRAINED ADULT COACHES FOCUSED ON ENHANCING THE PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR ATHLETES.
