THE MISSION OF WTGOH IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CANCER PATIENTS WHILE THEY ARE TAKING TREATMENT BY OFFERING TWO MAJOR PROGRAMS: (1) NO-COST OCCUPANCY AT HOPE HOUSE ODESSA FOR THE PATIENT AND HIS/HER CARETAKER, AND (2) BY PROVIDING PATIENT-CARE SERVICES RELATED TO THE CANCER JOURNEY.

TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR VETERANS BY BEING A NONPARTISAN VOICE FOR BENEFITS FOR VETERANS AND BY PROVIDING ACTIVITIES FOR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

MAINTENANCE AND RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL PROPERTY INCLUDING COMMISSIONING OF MEMORIAL MARKERS, STATUES, AND PLAQUES

TO IMPROVE HOUSING CONDITIONS WITHIN ODESSA, TEXAS THROUGH CREDIT COUNSELING, HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND HOME BUILDING/ REHABILITATION PROGRAMS THAT IS AFFORDABLE FOR LOW TO MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS.

THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS HOME REPAIR SERVICES FOR LOW INCOME, ELDERLY AND DISABLED HOMEOWNERS IN ECTOR COUNTY THROUGH THEIR WORKDAYS AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS. A TOTAL OF 377 FAMILY HOMES WERE SERVED DURING THE YEAR.

Services can include pregnancy testing and physician exams with ultrasound, counseling on pregnancy-related issues, information on STDs, healthcare & community referrals, and help with material goods such as maternity and baby items.
