BEAUMONT ELECTRICAL JOINT APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING FUND IS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED TO TRAINING FOR ELECTRICAL APPRENTICES, JOURNEYMEN, AND OTHER APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL AND OBTAIN REVENUE FROM AREA CONTRACTORS BASED UPON A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.

DEMOLAY OPENS DOORS FOR YOUNG MEN AGED 12 TO 21 BY DEVELOPING THE CIVIC AWARENESS, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS SO VITALLY NEEDED IN SOCIETY TODAY. DEMOLAY COMBINES THIS SERIOUS MISSION WITH A FUN APPROACH THAT BUILDS IMPORTANT BONDS OF FRIENDSHIP AMONG MEMBERS IN MORE THAN 661 CHAPTERS WORLDWIDE.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR SINGLE MOTHERS WHILE THEY ATTEND COLLEGE FOR TWO YEARS. THIS MAY INCLUDE LIVING EXPENSES, TUITION AND OTHER SCHOOL EXPENSES. AN EXTENSIVE INTERVIEW IS CONDUCTED PRIOR TO ACCEPTING AN INDIVIDUAL INTO THE PROGRAM. AN AGREEMENT IS SIGNED AND THE INDIVIDUAL REPORTS TO A LIFE COACH OR MENTOR THROUGHOUT THE TWO YEARS.
