SER-JOBS PROVIDES CAREER COUNSELING AND JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES FOR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED RESIDENTS OF HARRIS AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES. SER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (SER CDC) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ENTITY AND SER-JOBS IS ITS SOLE MEMBER. SER QALICB IS A TEXAS NONPROFIT CORPORATION AND IS A 100% OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF SER-JOBS. THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS INCLUDE THE ACCOUNTS OF SER-JOBS AND ITS WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES, SER CDC AND SER QALICB (COLLECTIVELY, SER). ALL SIGNIFICANT INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNTS AND TRANSACTIONS HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED.
