MISSION:

TO CARRY ON FRATERNAL ACTIVITIES UNDER THE LODGE SYSTEM, THE NET INCOME OF WHICH IS USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR BENEVOLENT AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH YOUTH ACTIVITIES, DRUG AWARENESS, YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP, ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL CHARITIES, VETERAN PROGRAMS, AMERICANISM, AND SUPPORT TO STATE MAJOR PROJECT.

MISSION:

UNIFY AND STRENGTHEN THE REEF FISH INDUSTRY TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY USING INDIVIDUAL FISHING QUOTAS TO MANAGE THE CATCH.

THE COUNCILS MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN GALVESTON, FORT BEND, WHARTON, AND BRAZORIA COUNTIES BY PROMOTING SELF-SUFFICIENCY PURSUANT TO THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 1964. IT ALSO OPERATES GALVESTON COUNTY HEAD START PROGRAM.
