ADDITIONALLY, THE CONSERVANCY EARNS REVENUE THROUGH AN ONSITE GIFT SHOP MANAGED BY CONSERVANCY STAFF. THE GARDEN IS MAINTAINED AND OPERATED IN A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF AUSTIN. AS STATED IN THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN COA AND ZBGC, ZBGC IS REQUIRED TO RAISE FUNDS IN SUPPORT OF A MASTER PLAN AND A CAPITAL CAMPAIGN IN ADDITION TO RAISING FUNDS TO SUSTAIN GARDEN OPERATIONS.
