TO SUPPORT OAK RIDGE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM AND THE CITY OF OAK RIDGE IN RENOVATING OF THE FACILITY KNOWN AS THE BLANKENSHIP FIELD AND JACK ARMSTRONG STADIUM.
