PICKENS COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITYS MISSION IS TO ELIMINATE SUBSTANDARD LIVING CONDITIONS IN PICKENS COUNTY WHILE PARTNERING WITH LOCAL FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

TO EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS ISSUES OF THE POOR AND INSPIRE SELF SUFFICIENCY BY ASSISTING THEM IN THEIR DESIRE TO MAKE CHANGES THROUGH EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING, SHELTER, AWARENESS, ADVOCACY, ETC.

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.
