THE FOUNDATION IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN 2012 ORGANIZED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES OR AUTISM-SPECTRUM DISORDERS BY SOLICITING FINANCIAL RESOURCES, MAKING GRANTS AND GIFTS IN AID, AND SUPPORTING AND ASSISTING IN THE CARE, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND HABILITATION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH AN INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY OR AN AUTISM- SPECTRUM DISORDER.
