FOR YOUTH WHO ARE INVOLVED IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM, JJC PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED CASE MAMAGMENT SERVICES ALONG WITH AFTERCARE SERVICES FOR YOUTH WHO ARE TRANSITIONING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AFTER PLACEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION COLLABORATS AND PARTNERS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE-WIDE ADOPTION AGENCY, AND COMMUNITY UMBRELLA AGENCIES TO PROVIDE FOSTER CARE PLACEMENTS AND ADOPTION SERVICES TO CHILDERN AN
