PROMOTE AND SUPPLEMENT THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM OF THE OIL CITY AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT BY HELPING TO FUND 15 DIFFERENT CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND TO PURCHASE AND DONATE EQUIPMENT.
