HECP HAS BEEN PROVIDING FAIR HOUSING EDUCATION AND ENFORCEMENT SERVICES TO GREATER PHILADELPHIA RESIDENTS FOR 64 YEARS AND IS DESIGNATED BY HUD AS A QUALIFIED ENFORCEMENT ORGANIZATION.
