HECP OFFERS A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO ENSURE EQUAL ACCESS TO HOUSING FOR MEMBERS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT'S PROTECTED CLASSES. HECP HAS BEEN PROVIDING FAIR HOUSING EDUCATION AND ENFORCEMENT SERVICES TO GREATER PHILADELPHIA RESIDENTS FOR 64 YEARS AND IS DESIGNATED BY HUD AS A QUALIFIED ENFORCEMENT ORGANIZATION.
