THE FOUNDATION EXISTS AS A CONDUIT FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL DONATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS, ROTARY CLUBS, BUSINESSES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR OTHER DONORS TO BENEFIT QUALIFIED RECIPIENTS.
