BRIDGEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY OPERATES AS A PUBLIC LIBRARY THAT PROVIDES BOOKS, VIDEOS, PERIODICALS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR AREA RESIDENTS TO USE AND BORROW.

PROVIDED ACCESS TO CPR, FIRST AID CLASSES AND EDU. PROGRAMS AT SCHOOLS. 2. PROVIDED A BICYLCE RESPONSE TEAM TO FACILITATE ACCESS TO INJURED PATIENTS IN CROWDED EVENTS. 3. INITIATED A WATER RESPONSE UNIT WITH THE LATEST IN BOATING AND RESPONDER EQUIPMENT. 4. LOCATED MOBILE MEDICAL RESPONSE UNITS AT COMMUNITY EVENTS. 5. PROVIDED REHABILITATIVE SERVICES TO FIREMEN ON SITE WITH EQUIPMENT SUCH AS MISTERS, PROTECTIVE INFLATALBE TENTS, AND GENERATORS. 6. ACQUIRED SPECIAL TERRAIN SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES TO ASSIST IN RESPONSE TO PATIENTS AND THEIR EXTRICATION FROM DIFFICULT REMOTE AREAS.
