INCLUDES INTERPRETIVE BOOKS, LITERATURE, AND GIFTS RELATED TO THE HISTORIC BUILDING AND AREA. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 1.5 MILLION VISITORS PER YEAR. OVER 60 VOLUNTEERS THAT CONTRIBUTE THEIR TIME TO VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE VISTA HOUSE, INTERPRETIVE CENTER, AND OPERATIONS.

OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDES THE WHO I AM CELEBRATING ME PRODUCTION, BLACK HISTORY FESTIVAL NW, TRUE COLORS NEXT NARRATIVE MONOLOGUE COMPETITION (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE AUGUST WILSON MONOLOGUE COMPETITION), VARIOUS PRODUCTIONS, COMMUNITY CLASSES, AND EVENTS HELD IN THE ORGANIZATIONS NEWLY ACQUIRED SPACE. WORLD STAGE THEATRE IS COMMITTED TO CREATING A COMMUNITY AND CULTURE WHERE IMAGINATION, EXPLORATION, CREATIVITY, AND GROWTH THRIVE.

The goal of this organization is to provide an alternative family living arrangement in agency-supervised family homes for dependent children who have been removed from their homes because of abuse, neglect or abandonment; or for children or adults with disabilities who are unable to live with their birth families or in an independent setting.
