IN ADDITION TO OVERSEEING STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS, CONTRACTORS HIRED BY A NEW DIRECTION WILL DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A BROAD, ENGAGED COALITION, INCLUDING EXECUTION OF POLICY PETITION DRIVES AND VOTER REGISTRATION ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS CONDUCTING POLLING ON POLICY ISSUES AND VOTER ATTITUDES.
