(MEMI), A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE CINCINNATI SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA (CSO), MANAGES AND OFFERS A DIVERSE ARRAY OF QUALITY PERFORMANCES AT RIVERBEND MUSIC CENTER, THE PNC PAVILION, AND THE TAFT THEATRE, AND ADDITIONALLY OFFERS PREFERRED SERVICES TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR FESTIVALS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS. MEMI SUPPORTS THE CSO'S MISSION TO ENHANCE THE CULTURAL VITALITY AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE GREATER CINCINNATI REGION.

THE FUND PROVIDES CERTAIN HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS, VISION, DENTAL, PRESCRIPTION DRUG, AND HEALTH BENEFIT CLAIM PAYMENTS TO ELIGIBLE MEMBERS OF THE IBEW LOCAL UNION 1377.
