TO CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, AND SEMINARS AIMED AT IMPROVING FINANCIAL LITERACY AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS. 3. TO PUBLISH MATERIALS AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO TOOLS AND RESOURCES DESIGNED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS MAKE INFORMED FINANCIAL DECISIONS. 4.
