THE COMPANY MAKES EDUCATIONAL GRANTS TO TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS AND ACCREDITED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO FUND SPECIAL PROJECTS AND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS. THE COMPANY ALSO GRANTS EDUCATIONAL STIPENDS TO STUDENTS TO COVER BOOKS AND SCHOOL FEES.

THE GREENBURG HOUSING DEVELOPMENT COPRP IS PROUD TO HAVE ACCOMPLISHED ITS OBJECTIVE OF OBTAINING AND PROVIDING SAFE, DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS. ADDITIONALLY, WE HAVE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION AND LEASE-UP OF A COMPLEX CONTAINING EIGHT AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS.

MISSION:

THE MISSION OF THE CORPORATION IS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR ENDANGERED INNOCENTS IN OUR WORLD. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES AND DISTRIBUTES CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS IN SUPPORT OF ANIMAL SANCTUARIES. THE CORPORATION ALSO CONTRIBUTES TO CLEAN WATER SOLUTIONS FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN AFRICA. THE CORPORATION PROVIDES PROPERTY AND OTHER RESOURCES TO FORWARD THESE CAUSES AND INTENDS TO EXPAND ITS' REACH IN ALIGNMENT WITH ITS' MISSION. THE CORPORATION ALSO CONTRIBUTES TO INITIATIVES TO STOP CHILD AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING, PRIMARILY IN SOUTHEAST ASIA AND SUPPORTS EMPOWERMENT TO SURVIVORS OF HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS. BENEFICIARIES INCLUDE OTHER NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

WITH ACCESS TO THE RIGHT RESOURCES AND SUPPORT, EVERY FAMILY IS ABLE TO THRIVE.
