CATHERINE OF SIENA HOSPITAL ("THE HOSPITAL") OR TREATED IN THE OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT, QUALITY CARE, IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE, SEX, RACE, CREED, COLOR, NATIONAL ORIGIN, BLINDNESS OR SOURCE OF PAYMENT, EXCEPT FOR FISCAL CAPABILITY THEREOF AND FOR ANY OTHER LEGALLY PROTECTED CATEGORY.TO PROVIDE A MEANS WHEREBY ISSUES CONCERNING THE MEDICAL STAFF AND THE HOSPITAL MAY BE DISCUSSED AND RESOLVED BY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MEDICAL STAFF WITH THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.TO INITIATE AND MAINTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR GOVERNMENT OF THE MEDICAL STAFF.TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TO MAINTAIN EDUCATIONAL, MEDICAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL STANDARDS FOR STAFF, AS WELL AS FOR THE COMMUNITY, IN CONFORMITY WITH APPROPRIATE STANDARDS.TO ASSURE A HIGH LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE OF MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS THROUGH THE ADEQUATE DELINEATION OF STAFF PRIVILEGES AND A CONTINUOUS REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF THE CLIN

TO PROVIDE THE BEST YOUTH SPORTING EXPERIENCE IN THE HAUPPAUGE AREA. THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO TEACH THE GAME OF SPORT AND TEAMWORK WHILE BUILDING CHARACTER AND LOYALTY. ALL MEMBERS AND COACHES GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND DEDICATE THERE TIME TO PROVIDE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE TO THE YOUTH SPORT PLAYERS. THE ORGANIZATION IS COMPROMISED OF VOLUNTEERS THAT ADDRESS FIELD MAINTENANCE, FIELD IMPROVEMENTS, UTILITIES, INSURANCE, EQUIPMENT, UNIFORMS, UMPIRES AND AN ADMINISTRATIVE CLAUSE.

WAS INCORPORATED IN 2004 TO HELP RAISE AWARENESS AND PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WITH VISUAL AND/OR AUDITORY IMPAIRMENTS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHERS, PRIMARILY BY RAISING FUNDS AND PROVIDING DONATIONS TO OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT CONDUCTED RESEARCH AND/OR PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO SUCH INDIVIDUALS. RECENTLY, HAH HAS BEGUN TO HELP THOSE INDIVIDUALS WITH AUDITORY IMPAIRMENTS MORE DIRECTLY BY PROVIDING HEARING AIDS AND INTRODUCING THE HELP AMERICA HEAR SCHOLARSHIP TO HELP FUND THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES OF THOSE WITH AUDITORY IMPAIRMENTS.AT THE BEGINNING OF 2019, THE ORGANIZATION CHANGED ITS NAME FROM FOUNDATION FOR SIGHT AND SOUND TO HELP AMERICA HEAR, INC., AND FOCUSED THE SCOPE OF ITS CORPORATE MISSION ON THE PROVISION OF HEARING AIDS AND THE HELP AMERICA HEAR SCHOLARSHIP.HELP AMERICA HEAR MAINTAINS ITS COMMITMENT TO RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS RELATED TO HEARING LOSS AND ITS PREVENTION.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.
