EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2022, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF AN AFFILIATION AGREEMENT (THE "AFFILIATION AGREEMENT"), NYU LANGONE HEALTH SYSTEM ("NYULHS") FORMALLY ACQUIRED AND BECAME THE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER OF EACH OF LICH AND THE FOUNDATION.

THE AGENCY'S PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY INVOLVES THE HEAD START PROGRAM, AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUNDED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ("DHHS"). IN FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023, THE AGENCY OPERATED NINETEEN (19) HEAD START (HS) CENTERS, SERVING 1,268 FOUR-TO-FIVE YEAR OLD CHILDREN ANDTHEIR FAMILIES. THE AGENCY ALSO OPERATED EARLY HEAD START (EHS) PROGRAMS IN THREE (3) CENTERS SERVING 148 FAMILIES WITH INFANTS AND TODDLERS FROM BIRTH TO AGE THREE, INCLUDING (20) TWENTY PREGNANT WOMEN.

THE MISSION OF THE PATCHOGUE FIRE DEPT. AMBULANCE COMPANY INC. IS TO PROVIDE "BEST-IN-CLASS" PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE FOR ALL. THIS GOAL IS REALIZED THROUGH THE USE OF STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGIES, MEDICAL PROCEDURES AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.
