TO HELP COMMUNITIES IN THE MID-HUDSON REGION TRANSITION TO A LOCALLY-BASED, CLEAN ENERGY ECONOMY. COMBINING RESEARCH, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND PROJECT COORDINATION, CLP SUPPORTS COMMUNITY AND MUNICIAPAL ENGAGEMENT IN ENERGY DECISION-MAKING, TRANSFORMING ENERGY POLICY AND PRACTICE TO STREGTHEN LOCAL ECONOMIES, MITIGATE CLIMATE CHANGE AND INCREASE RESILIENCE.

MISSION:

TMI PROJECT OFFERS TRUE STORYTELLING WORKSHOPS WHICH CULMINATE IN LIVE PERFORMANCES AND DIGITAL CONTENT THAT FOCUS ON THE "TOO MUCH INFORMATION" PARTS OF A STORY TYPICALLY LEFT OUT BECAUSE OF SHAME, STIGMA, FEAR OR CULTURAL EXPECTATION.OUR PROGRAMMING IS CENTERED AROUND FOUR SOCIAL JUSTICE INITIATIVES: ANTI-RACISM, GENDER EQUITY, LGBTQIA+ RIGHTS, AND MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS.WE PARTNER WITH SCHOOLS, NONPROFITS, SMALL BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS TO WORK WITH DIRECTLY IMPACTED FOLKS, STUDENTS, EMERGING AND VETERAN ACTIVISTS, AND LEADERS.WE SHINE THE SPOTLIGHT ON THE STORIES THAT MAY NOT BE FEATURED IN MAINSTREAM MEDIA OR RECOGNIZED IN HISTORY BOOKS BUT HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE WORLD AND AND INSPIRE OTHERS.

TO CELEBRATE ITS MEMBERS IRISH HERITAGE WHICH INCLUDES ORGANIZING THE ST. PATRICKS PARADE AND HOOLEY ON THE HUDSON EVENT IN KINGSTON, NY, AND TO DONATE TIME AND MONEY TO WORTHY CHARITABLE AND SOCIAL CAUSES.

THE PROMOTION OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE CARE AND EDUCATION FOR THE YOUNG CHILD

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in swimming, diving, snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, water polo, boating, white water rafting and other water sports. Coaching, access to a swimming pool or other facilities, sports equipment, and officials for competitions are generally included.

THE MISSION OF JEWISH FAMILY SERVICES IS TO PROVIDE SOCIAL SERVICES AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO RESIDENTS OF ULSTER COUNTY, THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS: HOME-BASED FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM, VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IN-HOME ASSESSMENTS AND REFERRAL

Also included are organizations that preserve and manage coastal lands including shorelines, coastal waters and lands extending inland from the shore which affect coastal waters; bays, lakes, rivers, wetlands, estuaries, watersheds and other aquatic habitats.
