THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO FOSTER A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMONG KANNADIGAS, ORGANIZE CULTURAL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES, PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, AND SUPPORT CHARITABLE INITIATIVES FOR THE COMMUNITY.

TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE RIGHTS AND WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING. MTA COLLECTS UNION DUES TO FINANCE UNION ACTIVITIES, PROVIDE REPRESENTATION AT LOCAL AND STATE MEETINGS, SET UP SCHOLARSHIPS FOR DESERVING AND NEEDY STUDENTS.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in baseball or softball. Coaching, access to a baseball field, baseball equipment, uniforms, and managers and umpires for games are generally included.
