IT SUBSEQUENTLY ASSISTED IN THE PHASED TRANSITION TO THE NEW OWNERSHIP. IT CURRENTLY FUNCTIONS TO SUPPORT THE FIELD HALL FOUNDATION, ITS PARENT CORPORATION.
