COLLECT AFT DUES FROM CTA MEMBERS AND FORWARD TO NATIONAL UNION. PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF CTA MEMBERS AS WELL AS PROMOTE GOODWILL IN LARGER COMMUNITY.
