IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS RESEARCH AND DATA DRIVEN, PROMOTING A SAFE AND HEALTHY COMMUNITY BY EDUCATING CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN AREAS OF SOCIAL CONCERN, COLLABORATING WITH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS AND SECURING FUNDING FOR PROGRAMS THAT CULTIVATE POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE. THE PARTNERSHIP'S UNIQUE STRENGTH IS ITS ABILITY TO BRING TOGETHER AND COLLABORATE WITH AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS WORKING SEPARATELY ON THE SAME ISSUES. THIS HIGH-FUNCTIONING COLLABORATIVE MODEL CREATES MORE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICES FOR YOUTH, HAVING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. THE PARTNERSHIP HAS THE ABILITY TO BRING TOGETHER SCHOOLS, BUSINESSES, COUNTY ADMINISTRATION, HOSPITALS, LAW ENFORCEMENT (STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL FORCES), LOCAL GOVERNMENT, CRIMINAL JUSTICE, MENTAL HEALTH, CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES, PHARMACIES, AND HUMAN SERVICES.

MISSION:

THE S2AY RURAL HEALTH NETWORK, INC. (THE ORGANIZATION") IS ORGANIZED ON A NOT-FOR-PROFIT BASIS, TO OPERATE A RURAL HEALTH NETWORK AS DEFINED IN PUBLIC HEALTH LAW ARTICLE 29A WITHIN SCHUYLER, STEUBEN, YATES, ONTARIO, WAYNE, CHEMUNG, LIVINGSTON AND SENECA COUNTIES. THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE, INTEGRATE AND EXPAND PROVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND HEALTH SERVICE DELIVERY AMONG PUBLIC HEALTH DIRECTORS IN THESE COUNTIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO CARE, HEALTHY OUTCOMES AND THE HEALTH STATUS FOR THEIR RESIDENTS.

The goal of this organization are the membership organizations that are engaged in promoting the interests of the veterans or active or retired military personnel who are their members.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade.
