THE COMPANY WAS INCORPORATED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XI OF THE PRIVATE HOUSING FINANCE LAW AND SECTION 402 OF THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION LAW EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF OWNING, ORGANIZING, MANAGING, MAINTAINING, DEVELOPING AND OPERATING, ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS, A RESIDENTIAL HOUSING RENTAL PROJECT FOR PERSONS OF LOW INCOME AND TO PROVIDE OFFICES FOR A NON-PROFIT CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZATION.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME PERSONS IN WNY WITH GOOD HOUSING.

THE CORPORATION IS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE OF THE JACOBS SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AT THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT BUFFALO BY PROVIDING CLINICAL INSTRUCTION AND SUPERVISION TO STUDENTS, INTERNS AND RESIDENTS AND RENDERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND FURTHER TO PRACTICE THE PROFESSION OF MEDICINE.

MISSION:

TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN WESTERN NEW YORK BY PROVIDING AN ACCREDITED THERAPEUTIC RIDING PROGRAM IN A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT.

WESTERN NEW YORK LIBRARY RESOURCES COUNCIL IS A MEMBER-DRIVEN ORGANIZATION THAT HELPS LIBRARIES BUILD CONNECTIONS WITH EACH OTHER, LIBRARY USERS AND THE LARGER COMMUNITY.

COORDINATE PUBLIC EDUCATION WITH RESPECT TO PRENATAL-PERINATAL, PRECONCEPTION, AND POSTNATAL CARE.SPONSOR AND CONDUCT MEETINGS AND LECTURES FOR THE PUBLIC. RECRUIT AND ASSIST LOW INCOME FAMILIES FOR THE PROGRAM.

The goal of this organization are the neighborhood-based multipurpose centers that offer, at a single location, a wide variety of services and activities that are structured to meet the needs of the entire community through different programs for different age and interest groups.

TO PROVIDE HOUSING ACCOMODATIONS FOR PERSONS AND FAMILIES OF LOW INCOME, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 2 OF PRIVATE HOUSING FINANCE LAW, WHICH HOUSING ACCOMODATIONS SHALL BE SITUATED AND LOCATED AT/OR NEAR MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE, CITY OF BUFFALO, NEW YORK.
