TO PROVIDE RELIGIOUS OUTREACH FOR THE JEWISH COMMUNITY THROUGH WORKSHOPS AND STUDY GROUPS, INTENDED TO HELP JEWISH PEOPLE GAIN A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THE TALMUD, BIBLE AND THE JEWISH LAW IN GENERAL.

IN ADDITION TO HELPING THOSE IN NEED, THE FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE ENRICHES ITS VAST NETWORK OF VOLUNTEERS BY ENABLING THEM TO REAP THEREWARDS OF SELFLESS GIVING.

TRANSLASH IS A NON-PROFIT, CROSS-PLATFORM MEDIA ORGANIZATION WHICH USES THE POWER OF JOURNALISM AND PERSONAL-STORYTELLING TO EMBED NEW NARRATIVES OF TRANSGENDER PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE OF COLOR, INTO PUBLIC CONSCIOUSNESS, THEREBY HELPING TO DECREASECULTURAL HOSTILITY TOWARDS THIS COMMUNITYTHE MOST MARGINALIZED OF THE MARGINALIZEDAND SAVE LIVES. BY HELPING TO END THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT TRANS PEOPLE, TRANSLASH ALSO HELPS TO COMBAT RISING AUTHORITARIANISM AND PROTECT DEMOCRACY. IT DOES SO THROUGH AN ARRAY OF AWARD-WINNING VIDEO, DOCUMENTARY,PODCAST, WRITTEN, DIGITAL, SOCIAL MEDIA AND NEWSLETTER CONTENT.
