ALSO AID AND ASSIST INDIVIDUALS TO OBTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE ORGANIZATION DISPENSES SYRINGES UNDER A SYRINGE PROGRAM TO HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF AIDS THROUGH HIV DRUG USE.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are a worldwide group which constitutes a continuation through descent or conversion of the ancient Jewish people; who practice Judaism, a religion that is characterized by a belief in one God and in the mission of Jews to teach the oneness of God as revealed in the Hebrew scriptures. Organizations making reference to Lubavitch, Chabad, Yeshiva, and Torah should also be classified here, but not necessarily those mentioning Israel, Hebrew, and Shalom.

ICS SERVES 300 KINDERGARTEN THOUGH THIRD GRADE STUDENTS, AND PLANS TO ADD ADDITIONAL STUDENTS THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE UPON RENEWAL OF ITS CHARTER.

THE SHOREFRONT YM-YWHA OF BRIGHTON-MANHATTAN BEACH, INC. BUILDS COMMUNITY, STRENGTHENS FAMILIES AND EMPOWERS INDIVIDUALS TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIALS AND ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE BY PROVIDING A WIDE RANGE OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ROOTED IN JEWISH TRADITIONS AND VALUES TO MEET THE EVOLVING NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF THE BROOKLYN COMMUNITY.

TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO INDIVIDUALS OF LIMITED INCOME BY BUYING, LEASING, DEVELOPING, AND REHABILITATING PROPERTIES, AND OTHERWISE ENGAGING IN THE COLLECTIVE AND CORPORATE ACTIVITIES NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THESE ENDS.

MISSION:

THE FUNCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO COLLECT MONEY FOR THE INDIGENT. SUCH COLLECTIONS ARE FROM THOSE WHOSE HEART POURS OUT IN SYMPATHY TO THOSE LESS FORTUNATE WHO CANNOT GET BY ON A DAILY BASIS WITH BASIC LIVING NECESSITIES. THE OFFICERS OF THE ORGANIZATION, THE DIRECTORS, AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE NOT IN ANY WAY ELIGIBLE FOR ANY ASSISTANCE. .
