THERE ARE THREE PILLARS THAT STAND AT THE FOREFRONT OF OUR WORK. 1. TO CREATE IN-PERSON SAFE SPACES THAT BOTH NURTURE AND BUILD COMMUNITY FOR YOUNG WOMEN TO KNOW THEY ARE NOT ALONE, 2. PROVIDE CULTURALLY RELEVANT MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES TO THOSE WHO DON'T HAVE ACCESS, 3. TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE STIGMA INTEGRATED WITH MENTAL HEALTH CONVERSATIONS.
