ESTABLISH AND CARRYOUT ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES THAT SUPPORT THE MISSION OF MERCER COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND THE COMMUNITY IT SERVES.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

FUNDS WERE DIRECTED AT PROGRAMS TO TRAIN COUNSELORS, DEVELOP SCOUT CAMPS, SUPPORT COUNTRY ORGANIZATIONAL EFFORTS AND ENSURE THAT SCOUTING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED IN ALL MEMBER COUNTRIES. MEMBER COUNTRIES AT 12/31/2022 WERE: ARGENTINA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, POLAND, UKRAINE, AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WE ALSO PUBLISH PERIODICALS AND TRAINING MATERIAL FOR SCOUTING MEMBERS AND COUNSELORS. SINCE 2014, WITH THE FIRST INVASION OF UKRAINE BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDING MEDICAL AND HUMANITARIAN AID TO UKRAINIAN SOLDIERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CIVILIANS DISPLACED BY THE HOSTILITIES. SINCE THE SECOND, AND MORE WIDESPREAD, INVASION BY RUSSIA IN FEBRUARY 2021, WE HAVE BEEN ASKED BY VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS,

TO OWN, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE BUILDING KNOWN AS 144 2ND AVENUE, NEW YORK NEW YORK 10003 SO THAT EXCESS RENTAL INCOME IS USED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID TO PLAST UKRAINIAN SCOUTING ORGANIZATIONS.
