TO ENGAGE IN SUCH OPERATIONS AND TO SERVE SUCH FUNCTIONS AS SHALL BE REQUESTED AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE WILLIAM PATERSON UNIVERSITY.
