TO CONDUCT AND FUND CLINICAL RESEARCH TO EVALUATE THE IMPACT OF A HIGH NUTRIENT DENSITY DIET AND RELATED NUTRITIONAL INTERVENTIONS ON CHRONIC DISEASES SUCH AS AUTOIMMUNE ILLNESSES, DIABETES, HEART DISEASE AND CANCER.
