ANY FAMILY WHO HAS A CHILD, 18 YEARS OR YOUNGER, IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE WHICH INCLUDES COUNSELING AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES, DIRECT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, REGIONAL CENTER SUPPORT SERVICES.
