RECOGNIZE EXCELLENCE AND OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM THROUGHOUT SCHOOL DISTRICT 145, AND 3. INCREASE PARTICIPATION AND INVOLVEMENT FROM EVERY SECTOR OF OUR COMMUNITY IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF SCHOOL DISTICT 145.
