UNDER AN AFFILIATION AGREEMENT DATED 3/29/2000 REVISED BY-LAWS DATED 2/14/2001 AND REVISEDARTICLES OF INCORPORATION DATED 12/2/2004, SUNNYSIDE IS NOW OPERATED,CONTROLLED AND SUPERVISED BY THE MARY LANNING HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION ANDIS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONALPURPOSES OF MARY LANNING MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WHO ALSO APPROVES ALL GRANTS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide philanthropy, voluntarism and grantmaking services where the major purpose is unclear enough that a more specific code cannot be accurately assigned.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in baseball or softball. Coaching, access to a baseball field, baseball equipment, uniforms, and managers and umpires for games are generally included.

Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

SERVICES TO PERSONS OVER AGE 60 TO HELP THEM REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES.

PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IS A PARTNERSHIP OF FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES COMING TOGETHER THROUGH VOLUNTEERS AND WITH RESOURCES TO BUILD DECENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING. DERSERVING FAMILIES ARE ABLE TO PURCHASE AN AFFORDABLE HOME THROUGH A NO-INTEREST MORTAGE PROVIDED THEY PUT IN A MINIMUM OF 120 HOURS OF SWEAT EQUITY INTO THEIR HOME AND FUTURE HABITAT HOMES.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

RESCUE, PROVIDE SANCTUARY, MEDICAL TREATMENT, STERILIZATION, AND REHABILITATION TO RELINQUISHED, ABANDONED, ABUSED OR NEGLECTED ANIMALS.

The goal of this organization is to provide educational services including special placement and individualized programming, instruction and support services for children and youth who are gifted or have disabilities and require appropriately modified curricula, teaching methodologies and instructional materials in order to learn.

THE FIRST ST. PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO RECEIVE DONATIONS AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND CHARITABLE AND RELIGIOUS ENTITIES WHO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE. THE GOAL OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO INVEST THE DONATED FUNDS AND TO USE ONLY THE INCOME FROM THE INVESTMENTS TO AWARD GRANTS.
