PROVIDE QUALITY EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS BOTH PRIVATE AND LOW-INCOME. EARLY CHILDHOOD SHOULD BE TIME OF FUN, WORTH, SECURITY, EXPLORING AND DISCOVERY. INFANTS, TODDLERS AND PRESCHOOL CHILDREN ARE CREATIVE AND
