PRESERVE, PROTECT, AND ENHANCE WEST VIRGINIA STATE PARKS BY PROVIDING LEADERSHIP IN COMMUNICATION, FUNDING, AND ADVOCACY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH INDIVIDUAL PARK FOUNDATIONS.
