THE CORPORATINO ALSO HAS ALLOWED BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY TO BUILDING A BUILDING ON THEIR LAND AND HAS A LONG TERM LEASE TO THEM FOR THE LAND. MAIN MISSION: THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO ASSUME TITLE TO LAND ON WHICH THE NEW BERN YORK RITE BODIES COULD MEET, STORE COSTUMES AND EQUIPMENT, AND PRESENT DEGREE WORK TO CANDIDATES WANTING TO JOIN. IT SI ALLIED WITH THE ANCIEN & ACCEPTED ORDER OF MASONS OF THE UNITED STATES.

SWISS BEAR, INC. FACILITATES DEVELOPMENT OF THE GREATER DOWNTOWN AREA THROUGH LEADERSHIP AND PLANNING THAT EMPOWERS COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE NEW BERN'S UNIQUE CULTURAL AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

IRM EXISTS TO ENCOURAGE CONGREGATIONS OF ALL DENOMINATIONS AND OTHER POTENTIAL SPONSORING GROUPS TO RESPOND TO GOD'S CALL TO OFFER HOSPITALITY, WELCOME, AND CARING FOR THE STRANGER BY RESPONDING TO THE NEEDS OF REFUGEES AND ASYLEES, AND TO PROVIDE A SUPPORTIVE NETWORK OF RESOURCES AND INFORMATION FOR THESE LOCAL MINISTRIES.
