WORK WITH PROPERTY OWNERS TO IMPROVE BUILDINGS FOR OPTIMAL LEASE RATES.

INCLUSIVE IN THIS BENEFIT IS SUPPORT TO BUILD THE CONFIDENCE OF FAMILY, FRIEND, AND COMMUNITY CAREGIVERS IN THE ABILITY TO CARE FOR A LOVED ONE WHO IS DYING. ADDITIONALLY, HOSPICE OF MCDOWELL COUNTY OFFERS BEREAVEMENT SERVICES TO THE SURVIVING HOSPICE FAMILY MEMBERS AND THE GREATER COMMUNITY WHEN DEATH INTERVENES AND THE SEASONS OF GRIEF FOLLOWING THE DEATH FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS. IN 2016, THE HOSPICE OF MCDOWEEL COUNTY, INC. DECIDED TO ALIGN THEIR MISSION WITH CARE PARTNERS HEALTH SERVICES BY MEANS OF ACQUISITION.
