MCLEOD ADDICTIVE DISEASE FOUNDATION INC. OWNS AND LEASES ITS BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, AND VEHICLES TO THE MCLEOD ADDICTIVE DISEASE CENTER INC., WHO IS AN AFFILIATED TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION WHICH PROVIDES SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELING, AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
