YOUNG FAMILIES IS AN EARLY HEAD START PROGRAM THAT SERVES PRIMARILY TEEN AND LOW-INCOME FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN BIRTH TO THREE YEARS OF AGE, PREGNANT WOMEN, AND INFANTS AND TODDLERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
