THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING ANIMAL WELFARE VIA RE-HOMING OF LOST/ABANDONED ANIMALS, DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF AN AREA ANIMAL SHELTER, AND PUBLIC EDUCATION IN RE PET OWNERSHIP.

THE ORGANIATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT FUNCTION IS TO RAISE FUNDS TO ASSIST THE NEOSHO SCHOOL DISTRICT BY PURCHASING EQUIPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND BY HELPING TO DEFRAY THE COST OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.

TO PROVIDE AN EDUCATION PRE-K THROUGH 12 FROM A CHRISTIAN PERSPECTIVE
