TO PROMOTE THE UNDERGROUND UTILITY INDUSTRY BY PROVIDING SAFETY TRAINING, CONTINUING EDUCATION, SCHOLARSHIPS & LEGISLATIVE RELATIONS

TO PROVIDE CHILDCARE/PRESCHOOL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AGES SIX WEEKS TO SIX YEARS, FIVE DAYS PER WEEK FROM APPROXIMATELY SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH MAY 31. TO ALSO PROVIDE SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF WEEKS.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL AND LITERARY INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS, FOR THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL VIRTUES AMONG THEM AND THE CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HIGH STANDARD OF LIFE AND HAPPINESS FOR ITS MEMBERS BY UNITING THEM IN CLOSER BONDS OF FRIENDSHIP AND BROTHERLY UNION, AND THE PERPETUATION OF ITSELF AS A FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION; AND TO AID STUDENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA TWIN CITIES WHO ARE MEMBERS OF, OR WHO ARE PLEDGED TO BECOME MEMBERS OF, THE BETA CHI CHAPTER OF THE PI KAPPA ALPHA FRATERNITY TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN HIGH SCHOLASTIC STANDARDS, TO ADD TO THEIR GENERAL CULTURE AND KNOWLEDGE AND TO THEIR ABILITY AND DESIRE TO COOPERATE WITH, AND WORK IN HARMONY WITH, THEIR FELLOWMEN, TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES AND TO SET HIGH EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL STANDARDS TO BE FOLLOWED DURING AND AFTER THEIR COLLEGE YEARS AND IN SUCH OTHER MANNER AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION MAY DETERMINE.

SEE SCHEDULE O.SOWASHCO CARES EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS A COMMUNITY-LED NONPROFIT THAT SUPPORTS THE SOUTH WASHINGTON COUNTY (SOWASHCO) SCHOOL DISTRICT COMMUNITY. THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF SOWASHCO CARES IS TO BUILD A COMMUNITY THAT CARES. WE DO THIS BY MEETING THE NEEDS OF OUR STUDENTS, PROVIDING ACCESS TO OPPORTUNITIES, SHOWING APPRECIATION TO OUR SCHOOL STAFF, AND HOSTING COMMUNITY-BUILDING EVENTS FOR PEOPLE TO CONNECT, GIVE HELP AND GET HELP.

MISSION:

THE SOUTH EAST METRO SHARKS SWIM CLUB PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM SERVICES TO YOUTH BETWEEN AGES 6 AND 20 IN THE SOUTHEAST METROPOLITAN AREA OF ST. PAUL, MN. IN 1991, A MASTERS PROGRAM WAS ADDED TO PROVIDE THE SAME SERVICES TO ADULTS. CURRENTLY, OVER 225 PEOPLE PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

MISSION:

THE MISSION OF CHANGESTARTSWITHME IS TO REBUILD OUR COMMUNITY PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY BY ASSISTING FELLOW MINNESOTANS WHO HAVE BEEN NEGATIVELY IMPACTED BY THE RECENT SOCIAL, HEALTH AND ECONOMIC CRISES. OUR GOAL IS TO LISTEN AND BETTER UNDERSTAND RACIAL INEQUALITY THAT EXISTS IN OUR STATE AND BEYOND, THEN TAKE ACTION TO DRIVE LONG-TERM POSITIVE CHANGE.

ENCOURAGE CHRISTIANS TO APPLY AND LIVE FAITH IN THE WORKPLACE.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in ice hockey, ice skating, alpine and cross-country skiing, sledding/tobogganing and other winter sports. Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.
