THIS CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE OPERATED FOR PROFIT, BUT RATHER SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF TINY TOTS & LITTLE TYKES IS EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE: EDUCATIONAL: TO PROVIDE QUALITY EARLY EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AGES SIX (6) WEEKS THROUGH TWELVE (12) YEARS, BY MEANS OF A REGULARLY SCHEDULED CURRICULUM THAT INSTRUCTS AND TRAINS WITH A VIEW TOWARD ENHANCING SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYS A REGULAR FACULTY OF QUALIFIED TEACHERS AND CAREGIVE

MISSISSIPI VALLEY MONTESSORI PROVIDES AN AUTHENTIC MONTESSORI ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN ROOTED IN THE FUNDAMENTAL TENETS OF THE MONTESSORI THREE-YEAR MODEL.

THE SOUTH ST PAUL OPEN PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE CHILDREN IN OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH PROGRAMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SOUTH ST PAUL HIGH SCHOOL. THESE PROGRAMS RANGE FROM THE ARTS TO ATHLETICS PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR A WIDE RANGE OF STUDENTS AND CHILDREN. THE OPEN ALSO GIVES THE MEMBERS IN OUR COMMUNITY AND THE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATORS A CHANCE TO WORK AND SOCIALIZE TOGETHER FOR THE BETTERMENT AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE STUDENTS AND PROGRAMS IN OUR COMMUNITY.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in ice hockey, ice skating, alpine and cross-country skiing, sledding/tobogganing and other winter sports. Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.
