THE INTERNATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED IN 2005 TO HELP FOSTER CONSERVATION, INCREASE REFUGE VISIBILITY, ENCOURAGE SUPPORT, AND ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE.
