THE WCMSSM SHALL FOSTER PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE THE PUBLIC HEALTH. THE WCMSSM SHALL PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE THEIR PROFESSIONAL LIVES. THE WCMSSM SHALL SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE THE INDIVIDUAL PHYSICIAN'S RIGHT TO CHOOSE HIS/HER PRACTICE MODEL.
